IPM has become an integral unit in our business. They have been with us from our opening day in late May until present. With the combination of session and pre-drinking, our door staff have needed to show good levels of common sense and professionalism in maintaining a safe and friendly atmosphere and ensuring the entry code is enforced. Restaurant Our A La Carte Menu is freshly prepared from the finest ingredients, sourced locally where possible. There's always a great steak, delicious fish dishes and meals suitable to the non meat eaters among us; so there's always something to delight in!  Rick Bailey and the IPM team have been employed to guard our premises since November 2007. Rick and I speak at least once a week, when he calls or drops by to ensure we are happy with the service and that there have been no problems. Rick is professional, well presented and polite. He is always contactable and easy to communicate to and has been very flexible and accommodating to our security needs. His team usually arrive early, are also courteous and to date we have been very well protected. Any issues that we have raised have been dealt with quickly and efficiently. Overall, I am very happy with Rick Bailey and the IPM team, and I have no qualms recommending them.

 We at The County Bar & Restaurant in Chesterfield are very proud and happy to recommend IPM to any other venue.
